Distilled in traditional copper pot stills using carefully selected malted barley and pure Himalayan spring water, our spirit is matured in oak casks in the foothills of Himachal Pradesh, where the cooler climate supports a slower and more balanced maturation process.

Our maturation programme includes ex-bourbon casks, which contribute notes of vanilla, honey, toasted oak, and gentle malt sweetness. For brands seeking a richer and fruit-forward profile, we also offer Oloroso sherry cask matured malt spirit with deeper notes of dried fruits and complexity.
